This tool trims to the selected range and reverses that range. It does not preserve forward-playing audio around a reversed section. Use a timeline editor to assemble the excerpt with other material.
Reversal operates on decoded audio samples. WAV is the default; MP3, M4A, FLAC and OGG exports are also available. Compressed exports are encoded again, and source metadata or original bit depth is not guaranteed to survive.
