Report a tool or compatibility issue
To make a report reproducible, include:
- The exact MyAudioTools page URL.
- Your browser name and version, operating system, and device type.
- The input format and approximate file size or duration.
- The settings you selected, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Any visible error message, without including passwords, private links, or confidential media.
Please do not email private recordings unless we specifically confirm that a sample is necessary. A short, non-confidential test file that reproduces the same behavior is safer and usually more useful.
Before contacting us
Check the tool page for supported formats and limits, try a current browser, and confirm that the device has enough free memory for the file. Microphone, speaker, and recording tools may also require browser permission. Privacy practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
